Authors who wish to appeal an editorial decision should submit a detailed written explanation outlining the reasons for the appeal, together with any supporting evidence or documentation. Appeals will be carefully reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief and, where appropriate, by members of the editorial board or independent experts who were not involved in the original decision-making process.

Complaints related to editorial management, peer review conduct, delays in processing, ethical concerns, or alleged misconduct by authors, reviewers, or editors will be investigated confidentially, objectively, and in a timely manner. All parties involved will be given an opportunity to respond to concerns raised during the investigation process.

The journal strives to resolve complaints and appeals through constructive dialogue and transparent procedures while maintaining the integrity and independence of the editorial process. Decisions reached following an appeal or complaint review are considered final.
